Commemoration or Memorial Tours for families and friends, or Educational Tours for school groups.

Bearing in mind that soldiers, labourers, doctors and nurses from many other countries other than those of Great Britain and Ireland also served on the Ypres battlefields, we can find specific memorials, history and stories relating to Canadians, Australians, New Zealanders, Indians, South Africans, and Portuguese in particular. We can also help to devise a tour which follows a family member involvement in specific battles or campaigns of the First World War. We will help you research where to go and what to see which will make your commemoration or memorial journey all the more special.

If you are thinking of making up a group to undertake a visit but don’t know where to start, or just want a guide to take you to all the right spots, please let us know. We are happy to organise trips including children – we have found that the experience for them is equally rewarding as adults. The best tour that we have done was a commemoration involving three generations of a World War One soldier making that journey!
