Faldouet Dolmen

Also known as La Pouquelaye de Faldouët, this Neolithic passage grave was built about 6000 years ago (c. 4000-3250BC). The end chamber is covered by a 24-ton granite capstone, and whilst only excavated at the beginning of the 20th century, the site had been known as the place of the fairies for a number of centuries before.
